Tea egg, also known as Chinese marbled egg, is one of the most famous traditional food in China.
Tea eggs are made via cracking boiled eggs and steeped them in a hot mixture of cinnamon stick, black tea leaves and soy sauce. Due to the unique marbling effect on the surfaces of the eggs, they got the name of Chinese marbled eggs. Read the rest of this entry »
